Synopsis
TYPHOON "YUTU" HAS MAINTAINED ITS STRENGTH AS IT CONTINUES TO MOVE WEST NORTHWEST.
Location of Center (10:00 AM today)
The eye of Typhoon "YUTU" was located based on all available data at 2,380 km East of Central Luzon (OUTSIDE PAR)(15.8°N,143.8°E)

TYPHOON "YUTU" is expected to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) by Saturday morning (27 October) and will be named "ROSITA" Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal (TCWS) may be raised as early as Monday morning ( 29 October) over Isabela and Cagayan area.
The public and the disaster risk reduction and management council concerned are advised to monitor for the next update on this weather disturbance to be incorporated in the Public Weather Forecast at 4 PM today and 4 AM tomorrow and in the next advisory at 11 AM Tomorrow.
