2 High Value Targets nabbed in drug bust

SURIGAO CITY - On November 4, 2016 around 2:45PM at Room 301, Sueños Inn, Burgos St., Brgy. Washington, Surigao City, personnel of Surigao City PS, Intelligence Section led by PSINSP LUTGARDO A GALIDO conducted buy-bust/entrapment operation under Pre-Ops number PDEA RO 13 30003-112016-0025 that resulted in the arrest of PO1 ARNEL GALVE ODOG alias “Nonoy”, 46 years old, married, an active member of PNP Maritime Group, assigned Regional Office 13 and a resident of P-Reyes St. Extension, Brgy. Taft, Surigao City and PO2 RONIE CAPANPAN CUSTODIO alias “Ron-Ron”, 31 years old, married, an active member of the PNP assigned Tagana-an MPS and a resident of Parrucho st., Brgy. Washington, Surigao City.

Confiscated from the possession of PO1 Arnel Odog were;

a. Two (2) plastic sachet of suspected shabu bought by the poseur-buyer from the suspects; estimated weight of .1 gram with Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB) value of One Thousand One hundred Eighty Pesos (P1,180.00) @ (P11,800.00) per gram;
b. One (1) white Samsung Cellular phone;
c. One (1) One Thousand Peso bill bearing serial number BH229214 marked money;
d. Cash money amounting to One Thousand Pesos (P1,000.00) in
different denominations; and
e.One (1) black coin purse containing seven (7) plastic sachets of suspected shabu; estimated weight of 1 gram with Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB) value of Eleven Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (P11,800.00) @ (P11,800.00) per gram;

From the possession and control of PO2 Ronie Custodio were;

a. Two (2) assorted cellular phones;
b. One (1) blue disposable lighter; and
c. Fifty Peso bill (P50.00)

ODOG & CUSTODIO were watchlisted and categorized as High Value Target (HVT) on Illegal Drug Personalities and now in the custody of Surigao City Police Station for filing of Violations of RA No. 9165.
